Bláithín Mac Gabhann

Bláithín has most recently filmed the role of Evelyn in NORMAL PEOPLE, the TV adaptation of Sally Rooney’s novel, directed by Lenny Abrahamson and Hettie Macdonald for the BBC and HULU, and just after played the role of Debbie Devlin alongside Eileen Walsh in a Women at RADA reading of LEOPOLDVILLE, directed by Tilly Vosburgh.

Prior to these Bláithín was one part of the six person ensemble cast of Dylan Coburn-Gray’s Verity Bargate Award-winning play CITYSONG, directed by Caitriona McLaughlin for the Abbey Theatre, the Soho Theatre London, and the Galway International Arts Festival (2019).

Bláithín also played the role of Dónie in Liam Heylin’s LEX TALIONIS for Wandering Star Theatre at Smock Alley, as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival. She was nominated for Best Performer for the role:
